A bit about me

I’m Sue, a midlife confidence coach and founder of Confidence First Coaching.

Some years ago I left a stressful corporate career. I rebuilt my shattered confidence and started my new career as a coach. Now I coach women in their 40s and 50s who need help to rebuild their confidence.

Here's what you can expect from me:

How did I get into Coaching and how will that help you?

If you're feeling list, overwhelmed, stressed or confused then I'd love to help. Why? Because I know how that feels. After 20 years working on Global IT Projects I went from confident and enjoying my work to broken. I retrained to be a coach after working with the lovely Curly Martin. After discovering the power of coaching I realised there was no going back.

Now I run Confidence First Coaching - the brand behind Midlife Your Way. I run masterclasses (free and paid), I'm an event speaker and I've got a series of eBooks and guides.

I can't stand the thought of anyone suffering like I did. If you want a sympathetic coach who combines the practical tools, and processes with an a deep understanding of what each client needs to help them feel better I believe we could be a good fit to work together.
